Booking Method
Room reservations are requested to be confirmed in writing, and our hotel will send a written confirmation in return. In case of unsuccessful online booking, please contact our reception.
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am.
Late check-out can be arranged with the reception, subject to a surcharge of 6000 Ft until 4:00 pm.

Use of bathrobes and slippers
During the stay, one bathrobe is provided for each guest, which should be returned at the end of the stay. Replacement can be requested every 3 days, or more frequently at the reception. The usage fee for a new bathrobe is 500 Ft.
A charge of 15,000 Ft will be applied for missing bathrobes upon return.
Massage
Advanced reservation for massage is possible at the wellness bar or extension 216.
For massage prices and types, please inquire at the reception.
Towels for sauna and wellness usage can be requested at the wellness reception and should be returned here upon departure.
Please leave the towels you wish to exchange on the floor in the room.
