Following the success of our reductive wines, we have come to produce more serious, barrel-aged wines from our favorite grape varieties. This particularly grateful Olaszrizling from the Neszmély region was spontaneously fermented in a 3 hl oak barrel. Citrus dominates its aroma. It is a full-bodied wine with high alcohol content. Its fine, velvety acids result in outstanding complexity. Consume with great care, just as we crafted it!
